Subject: Thank you for a great stay

Dear Debbie:

I want to thank you for all of your help and advice during our recent stay in Queenstown.

Your assistance in booking was helpful. Thank you also for steering us to Doubtful Sound.

We also enjoyed our dinner at Botswana Butchery, which you recommended.

We appreciated the upgrade, so needless to say we were delighted with our accommodation.

The location is perfect for seeing Queenstown. Very close in, but removed enough to not be bothered by street activity.

Your thoughtful ride to the airport was a nice touch.

I would be sincerely happy to recommend the St. James Apartments to any visitor.
